I'm not sure I actually want to know, but did anyone find any pictures of me?

Ah ha. Unfortunately, that kind of study would be along the lines of an autopsy, and I'd like to avoid that sort of thing. You know, though... you may be on to something. I've only met a handful of individuals with supernatural strength, and each of them was--well, they weren't as bad as him, but they weren't clever by any means.

[Dr. Horrible is waiting in the lobby. He realizes it's been rather a while since he's actually had a conversation with anyone in person. And the photo with Penny was a photo with Billy--when was the last time he went out as Billy other than to buy groceries?]

[Carl gets to the lobby fairly quickly for him, which isn't all that fast by normal standards. He has the photo (second from the bottom) with him, and his usual cheer seems a bit forced. That might have something to do with the picture involving a dress and bonnet.]
Hello! I haven't kept you waiting, have I? There was a bit of a--well, nothing but the tabletop was damaged beyond repair, so it's hardly worth mentioning. This belongs to you, I believe.

It's only been a few months. It feels like...[only this is Dr. Horrible and he's not particularly good with metaphors, so he just shakes his heads.] Well, it's weird to see this.
I think so. I mean, I was missing her...and now I miss her even more. I've been trying to get home but recently it was more about the bad things happening here, than the few good things there. But there were some good things...
[He pulls himself out of his reverie, blinking a little longer than normal, the way he always does.]
I think it's weird that remembering life before seems weird, when it's this place that is really the weird thing.
I should hope there are a handful of good things here, as well.
Hm? Oh... I don't know. You become accustomed to your environment, I suppose, no matter how odd it is. [brief pause] Not that there's any reason to become too comfortable here. Soon enough, we'll know how the City operates and how to travel between worlds, I'm sure.

I've been putting all my spare time into working on it.

Not yet. I'm putting together a few devices to take readings, EMF and such, and I'm going to spend some time hanging out in the square waiting for new arrivals, since they tend to show up there most often.
