Well, that's a little ominous-looking.  I feel like Eeyore.  Anyway, is there a postal service here?  Or someone running a messenger service?  I know everyone just communicates by Network and it's not like the city is that big, but in certain circumstances...yeah, anyway, let me know.

[ooc: He's trying to find a way to anonymously return McCoy's hypospray and tricorder (he feels bad, stealing from a hospital, sick people might need that, and anyway he's finished playing with the tricorder).  He sees no reason to return the other things he stole, but Captain Hammer will be getting those back.  B/k I will stick a log up shortly, expect backdating.   Setsuna-mun, feel free to assume that the gun is returned by Monday, even if how hasn't been established yet.  (Same goes for others who were robbed, but they are on hiatus T_T.)  This is a good place for accusations, yelling at him, etc.]

I woke up this morning and suddenly realized I didn't have any decent clothes.  So naturally, I had to go out to buy a suit, I mean, I couldn't be going around looking completely ridiculous.  I mean, let's be honest here, normally I'm a total loser.

Still, I don't remember much from the last curse, but the important thing is that the people have spoken: I am much hotter than Captain Hammer.  But you know, he's not such a bad guy.  I mean, yeah, you can tell by his symbol the man is clearly overcompensating for something, but I don't consider him my enemy at all.

What's there to do for fun around here?  I just realized I have no idea.

[ooc: It's Opposite Day.  Basically, Billy has turned into Barney Stinson.  Not quite, but close enough to justify my used of Barney icons.  He's not evil but he's pretty obnoxious--though he will be less so if he's trying to get into your pants.  He's also still injured, so he'll probably stay out of trouble.  I have a dentist appointment now and contra dancing tonight so I don't know how much I'll be able to tag, but Will is going to stick around for tomorrow.]

If there's a blonde princess or maybe just someone who was a princess during the curse a few days ago, I'm very sorry about the whole trying to tie you to the train tracks thing.  I mean, I couldn't really help it, but still, sorry.  Also, I think everything I was trying to say yesterday came out as Latin.  I don't actually speak Latin, but I don't think I was trying to say anything important, so, oh well.  As curses go not bad.  I feel totally normal today, which is nice.

I can't believe it's only like a week until Valentine's Day.  It figures the first time I actually have a girlfriend, I'm stuck here without her.  Of course, when I get home I'll have plenty of time to plan ahead.  I wonder if Penny would want to go to that vegetarian Indian place, or if I should think of something fancier.  That is, if she hasn't broken up with me by then.  Man, I need to get home.

Oh, hey, thinking of Penny reminded me--this place should have a welcome center, maybe near the fountain.  There could be a really be sign and there'd be guides available, and someone would be there in person to help explain things.  And maybe coffee and some food.  I think it would be especially good now, considering people are showing up wet and cold and could use a place to get warm immediately.  I dunno, just a thought.  I'm not as good at organizing these kinds of things as she is.

[ooc: Road Not Taken.  Have a Billy who chose to talk to Penny rather than worry about the van.  They became friends and soon started dating, and Penny found out about the Dr. Horrible thing.  She eventually forgave him but made him promise not to join anything with "evil" in the name.  He's still a scientist, but he gave up being Dr. Horrible to keep Penny out of danger and to devote more time to being with her and helping the Caring Hands Homeless Shelter get enough signatures, something they're still having problems with.  He remembers having met or spoken with everyone here, but probably remembers the content of their interactions as being rather different.]

Seriously, what's going on?  First a duck, now a guinea pig.  Except, I seem to have recovered already, because when I wanted to change back I just...did.  It was kind of gross-looking.  Which is weird for a curse.

It looks like everyone's okay, even those who were dead.  Does anything that happens in this city have actual consequences?

Anyways, I'm looking forward to getting back to my lab--working from home isn't really an option.  And I guess I should pick up some new toothpaste while I'm out.  All I can taste is peppermint.
